Membership fees to the SITE are displayed prior to your subscription thereto. You agree to pay all membership fees when due according to these billing terms.
D. Confidentiality
NO PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES WITHOUT THE CUSTOMERS PERSMISSION. IT IS SOLELY AT A MEMBER'S DISCRETION IF HE OR SHE CHOOSES TO PROVIDE PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION TO SITE BY MAKING A PURCHASE, SIGNING UP FOR A FREE TRIAL, REQUESTING ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, OR COMMUNICATING DIRECTLY WITH THE COMPANY OR ORGANIZATION AFTER VISITING ITS WEB SITE OR OTHERWISE.
E. Billing Errors
If you believe that you have been erroneously billed, please notify us immediately of such error.
F. Refunds Policy
Should a refund be issued by one of our authorized billing agents including Epoch, SegPay EU, Vendo Service and CCbill all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. Billings will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment mechanism.
V User Submissions
A. The Website permits the submission of User Submissions and the hosting, sharing, and/or publishing of such User Submissions. You understand that whether or not such User Submissions are published, SITE network does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any submissions.
You acknowledge and agree that SITE and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation), in their sole discretion, to refuse to publish, to remove, or to block access to any User Submission that is available via the Website or other network products or services at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, with or without notice.

VI Inappropriate User Submissions.
